Gray & Pape interview questions

Three formal interviews, two informal interviews, and a lot of wasted time. There is no need for this type of interview procedure, it's redundant. Some of these meetings were lunches, and some were in the office. This was frustrating because no one should go through that many hoops to get a job in this industry.
