The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Grayce (London, England) in Apr 2024
Interview
I interviewed in April 2024. I got to stage 2, where they did not progress my application. I requested feedback and got a call. Everything was positive with the exception that they believed "I should be mindful when probing the interviewer". This was referring to myself answering the question "tell me about a time you thought outside the box" by saying that I believe it is an unfair question for university students as we are told what to do and do not work on cutting-edge problems so existing solutions are almost always available, I also gave a detailed example of a project I worked on where existing solutions and resources online helped me efficiently solve the problem. I am certain that I was respectful, however I believe the manager did not appreciate my different take on the question. It was a shame since I was very interested in joining the company. I have also since brought this up to a member of Grayce at a job fair who encouraged me to email them about it, however they only ended up telling me to reapply if I was interested.

Interview
bit all over the place with the interview but straight forward questions. questions were mostly what are your best traits and skills, followed by questions about the industry and how changing technology is important and how it can positively and negatively impact a business.
