Truly Unprofessional and Non trustworthy Organization Sharing my experience about the interview procedure, for Tech lead designation, having 8 years of CMMI5 level large scale MNC's experience. More Importantly Not getting offer letter after getting selected, confirmation of package and submitting documents as well with the reason given by HR as "we are looking for someone else if we get some other profile else we will proceed with you" Round 1(Technical) : Rescheduled couple of times each time after 5 mins from the scheduled time. Round 2(Managerial): Scheduled without discussion, rescheduled to next day again without discussion. Round 3(CTO): Seems a nice and productive guy, This round actually convinced me to Leave MNC and work with them. Round 4(HR): Never happened professionally just casual random calls, Got selected, finalized CTC, Given time for the offer letter to be released, Asked for documents(on multiple calls) Now here comes the total unprofessional behavior 1) HR said that "don't make your profile active on Naukri else we will cancel you offer any time." 2) We will keep track of your Naukri profile 3) After taking commitment for same, next day when I called HR to ask for offer letter as it is the time committed by them for offer their words were "We are looking for some other profiles so we have kept your profile on hold in case we won't find any we will proceed with yours" - Where is the trust? commitment? that u were asking from me, don't you think it should be from company's side as well? And the best part comes over when I asked the same questions, they said we are considering you for some other role so we will be taking your technical round again on same technologies nothing new. Now they said You got rejected because of you technical skills. I don't know what got changed in my Tech skills in 5-7 days? So my advice is never waste your time on them and kindly don't trust them as they can back out anytime.!!
