I was interviewed by HR Senior Manager. The way she asked questions was very detail and some were very personal. She would asked you to elaborate yourself based on their company core value. Second round of interview was with COO, CFO and the HR Senior Manager. CEO was there to observe the candidate, most of the questions were came from CFO and the HR Senior Manager was only sit in. The whole interview were not professional and they tend to be offensive and insulting. They want to look for talent with experienced because they are expanding. But irony is they will still shortlist fresh graduate with zero experience and keep squeezing the candidate.
