Great Lakes Data Systems Account Manager/Software Support interview questions

We had several calls, there was a personality test & lots of questions to determine how much I might know about the industry. A person without Telecommunications experience will find them tough to talk to. They want to make sure you'll stay, too. Oddly, they want you to stay, but there's no chance for advancement.
