Good Brief interview by Technical GM & followed by HR GM who provides details of benefits & negotiates salary structure with you. If your expected salary is higher then offered, they wish to see proof of present salary as in my case. Once given, i was offered better package.

Basic engineering and marine knowledge, English vocabulary Past experience if any? Aptitude? Explain How would you react on emergency situations, what steps to take and whom to inform? Explanation about marine pollution and steps to prevent? Multiple choice questions about ship structure, directions,machineries, MARPOL,SOLAS, fire fighting. English grammar and paragraph completion.
