Greencastle interview questions

First interview was the HR interview confirming background, fit, and answering basic questions. Second interview was with a hiring manager. Very friendly and professional back and forth. Interviewer was happy to answer questions. Third interview was a "project" based interview where you give a presentation followed by Q&A. Final interview was with the leadership team. Job offer came very fast after the final interview.

There was a total of four interviews with the first two being traditional get to know you phone call and Zoom. The third interview was almost 3 hours and a performance based assessment. The last interview was with the key leaders of the company and a final check to see if you match with their company culture.
