I was interviewed by a recruiter first and then the lead of the department before I was hired to work onsite at a partner location. Quick process and standard interview questions.

Applied for a contract position online and was contacted a few days later for a brief phone screen (around 20 minutes) discussing my interests and experience in regards to the position. Scheduled an in person interview for the next week and was sent a personality questionnaire and link to a video interview where I answered a few questions about my experience and personality. Was contacted a few days later to see if I would be interested in interviewing for a permanent internal opening instead of the contract position I applied for initially. Came in the next week and filled out some paperwork and met with my recruiter and discussed the internal role, my experience, if I felt comfortable with the difficult aspects of the position, and how I would handle various challenges. Was contacted at the end of that week with an offer which I accepted pending background compliance and a drug screen.
