      Fraud Analyst Interview

      Feb 9, 2018
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Atlanta, GA
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Greensky (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2018

      Interview

Applied directly through the website, two weeks later got a call from a recruiter. I had applied for two positions Analyst and Investigator. Wanted the investigator position, She asked about my fraud experience and past pay. Said based on my answers I would be a better fit for the Fraud Analyst position. Said I will get a email to setup my face to face. Received the email and picked my day and time. The day before the interview rounds started the recruiter called me that evening to check on me and ask if I had any questions. Thought that was cool. Had interview with a Team Lead and Manager basic STAR questions and we found out we worked at a previous company in same department before. Then I interviewed with department manager thought it went well he described job and askedmy thought process of how I handled customers in the past. Did I always assume people were fraudsters? He walked me out. Tuesday got a call from the recruiter and she said we have these two shifts available which one did I want. I told her and she said she was about to go in the meeting with the managers and they would pick discuss who was chosen. Said I should hear back later or next day. Next day the snow storm so city was on lock down so assumed when this is over should hear back. The next week on Monday called recruiter every day got voice mail didnt leave message. Friday I left a message asking for a status update. Wednesday the next week got email I wasn't chosen. Bummer had hopes up especially since recruited called to ask what shift I wanted.

      Interview

It was a regular interview, there were two people in the interview and they both asked questions. Luckily, they were both women so I felt a deep connection. It was a nice experience.
