The process felt disorganized and lacked transparency. Across multiple interviews, there was little opportunity to ask meaningful questions about the role, team, or company, which made it hard to understand what the position truly entailed.
In the second round, I was given a surprise live case study with no prior notice. While I understand the intent, the lack of preparation time felt more like a stress test than a fair assessment. Interruptions during my responses made it difficult to walk through my thinking, and the case being delivered only orally didn’t feel inclusive for different communication styles.
Overall, the process did not provide a structured or inclusive way to evaluate skills, nor did it give me the clarity needed to assess whether the role was a strong fit.
