There is no HR, so directly get to talk with CEO and CTO of the company. After application submission, had a phone interview with CEO. Just basic stuff, like career plans and information about my previous work.
This was followed by an offsite website design task. Given some screenshots, just had to implement them in HTML and submit the solution with 3-4 hours.
One day after the task submission, got an offer from their side. Had another phone round with CEO for salary negotiation and join date.
