Virtual screening interview, roughly 30 minutes. With position manager and hiring manager. I was asked general questions about my background, knowledge of specific techniques, career interests, interest in doing onsite interview. Was offered onsite interview but declined.

Good, fast interview process. I had two interviews and got the job. I had multiple interviewers. Friendly atmosphere and employees seemed happy to be working there.
No difficult questions and they don’t make you do equations.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Grifols (Raleigh, NC) in Oct 2021

3. Giving a seminar about my research by video interview to the research team. (I could not reach this step)
