Booked via Harri, simple process. Met on site, relaxed vibe and asked about experience. Standard hospitality interview questions and a bit about the brand / local area. This branch was also a cocktail bar so questions about different previous work environments

Question 1
How much barista training do you have? How would you rank your skills?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Grind & Co. in Feb 2024
Interview
Interview process was clear from the beginning. 3 stages including a case study. Conversations were pleasant and I had an opportunity to share opinions, strengths and what I was hoping to learn if I was successful. They were all very open to answering questions too.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Grind & Co. (London, England) in Jun 2024
Interview
I was really excited to have been accepted for this interview because a lot of my experience aligns to the requirements outlined for the position. I had a video call arranged with the Head of Talent Aquisition, and once the meeting began it was very evident that they didn't want to be on the call. It lasted all of three minutes, and apart from the opportunity to introduce myself where I summarised my experience, skills, and desire to join their company, there were no further prompts from them to explore my suitability to the role. I regret to say that this individual made a half hearted attempt, and whilst it was just an initial screening, I'd encourage them to show more interest and find out more from the candidate.
