Gruber Power Services interview questions

Not much structure, phone call from the hiring manager with very few questions, followed by a live interview which was with the same person who asked standard interview questions, nothing very technical or challenging. You interview with the hiring manager and the owner of the company. They make an offer and fill it with promises but the concrete offer doesn't amount to much (in my case). No apparent screening process, no HR department, no recruiters and NO DRUG TESTING (great for addicts!).

First a telephone interview with the sales manager and then an in person interview. The in person was at the office and maybe lasted 15 minutes. I had the impression that the sales manager really didn't have much experience in the industry.
