Incredibly unprofessional and unethical. They straight up ask you PERSONAL questions, AFTER already taking the personality survey before the first interview. Asking questions about your parents marriage, religious, hobbies, divorce, nothing is off the table and they literally write it down word for word. My guess would be about 100 questions minimum.
