Interview
I had three interviews over the phone. None in person. The first interview was with the person who turned out to be my direct supervisor. The second was with the VP/Operations. The final interview was with the CEO/President of the company. I was flexible with my time and they were flexible as well until we were able to connect for each interview.

Interview
Was called by HR. Very nice. Asked relevant questions. Afterwards was scheduled in-person interview. 2 people talked to me. Didn't really seem much to care. The owner was late so I think they were just thrown into the mix. Owner was super enthusiastic.

Interview
I didn't actually apply for the job. I posted my resume on craigslist and Ted, the CEO, contacted me and asked if I was interested in working there. We emailed back and forth a bit, talked on the phone a few times, finally met in person and after a brief and casual talk, I was offered the job that day.
