Interview
Got contacted by HR via LinkedIn, we had a quick call, talked to the hiring managers, got a clear understanding of how they do CS (they have a purely CS team with a very capable support team), asked about my experience cross selling and upselling. Felt like an informal chat. Next step was with the VP where I just introduced myself and we talked about personal preferences in how to do CS and NRR

Interview
5 interviews total, as well as a test that was a bit hard to do because you really didn't have much info to go off of.
4 interviews went great. Seriously, glowing. Last one with CEO was a quick no. Pretty frustrating for a such a long process. It was over me not having a particular skill that no one had mentioned in the first 4 interviews. Seemed odd.
I was rejected by a no-reply email address after I had an interview, giving me no opportunity to ask for feedback at all. This showed disrespect and lack of consideration regarding candidates. Don't bother applying, not worth the waste of time.
