For the most part it was a straightforward process with standard questions to the role. I asked about pay in my second interview because I forgot to ask in my first and the interviewer replied they didn't know but they would find out. I followed up a week later and was given the same response then they ghosted. This experience gave me the impression that they were unprofessional and unorganized. How do you not know what your budget is for a position you are hiring for?
Very easy and brief. Met with manager in restaurant during business hours and went over resume and a few questions followed. I was contacted shortly after and offered a position, but had to decline.
Interviewer asked about previous experience and roles. Another member of the team(manager) then tells you about what to expect in the position and asks why you have chosen their establishment.
