The interview itself was easy but I definitely got the impression that they're looking for a "look" rather than a skilled candidate. I was told they wanted someone "polished" so I wore a nice suit and slicked my hair back. When I arrived, the receptionists were not exactly what I would call "polished." My first impression was that it was way less professional than I was expecting. It felt a bit like a hen house and I immediately got a vibe that it was more of a Brett Kavanaugh's assistant position situation. I waited for 15 minutes in a conference room by myself. The interview itself was no more than 5-8 minutes. I received a response about a week and a half later that they are not moving forward with filling the position.

I had a phone screen and then went in for an interview. They scheduled me for a 2nd interview and then canceled twice. They finally canceled the whole process after multiple times going back and forth with the recruiter in Miami only after I initiated contact. The recruiter asked me to fill out a behavior profile and asked for my age as well which I'm not sure this is legal. Anyway, They told me they were moving their offices to another floor and weren't going to hire anyone right away.
