H&S Resources interview questions

I had one interview and was offered the position. The company was working with a staffing agency and the account manager, my former colleague, had recommended me to them. It was more of a discussion about what types of skills and processes the company needed to support their business goals, where their overall "skill gaps" were and how I would implement the process and assist in training other employees for their roles in the process.
