Informal interview directly with team leader. Was connected via work network and linkedin and then had an informal interview via zoom. lasted about half an hour and then no follow up. Was ghosted.

They asked me generally about my experience and expertise. How I got my start and what I generally find myself to be good at. They seemed to care about experience leading a team and experience working with talent

Interview
They were really warm, open & welcoming when I compare it to other places I have been interviewed at. That made me feel less nervous and I was able to answer the questions with less pressure.
