Usually 80% people cleared the Aptitude round. in GD, usually they were selecting 4 from a group of 12. Topic given to me in GD was 'Teachers beating students must be made punishable act under law' .I cleared the round. In PI i was just questioned upon my internship. She said that i have done my internship in a creative feild and a role of RM is hard core sales.
It's was smooth and depend on communication skills mostly. And also how you represent yourself to the HR. They will mostly see how you can convince the clients. We can crack the interview very easily.

It was Direct Interview through campus placement, it was a very hectic day, I was waiting for my term from 8:30 am, got done with my interview at 7:15 pm
