After applying, if selected for an interview, there was an email was sent in which you had a window to do a one way interview which was recorded. The time to get a call back varies but is mostly in the spring.

Received an invitation to complete a virtual interview recording. The questions were very basic and there was only one or two behavioral questions. You also had multiple attempts to complete each question so you could practice for the first try. My offer came very late, to the point where I didn't think I got the position. I interviewed early November and didn't hear anything until mid March.

Lasted about an hour, met with four of the employees and the hiring manager. Asked about previous experience listed on resume then went on to describe kind of a general rundown of what the position would be doing.
