Took 5 hours. About 15 candidates. Basic orientation then a tour of the yard. They split the group in two so half would go on the tour while the other half interviewed. Very relaxed process. Lots of work right now so they want to move things as easy as possible.

You get invited to an interview. The interview was more of a hiring event with many other candidates that took around 7 hours. You interviewed with many of the hiring managers and sit through presentations. This does not guarantee a job so be prepared on if you're ok with taking 8 hours from your current employment.

Very smooth and interview with basic questions in regards to experience level. And understand of education and reveling work experience in comparison to job requirements. Recommend asking questions at end of interview shows your interest in the company/position.
