Interview
First met with HR, for benefits overview and general information at HR building. Then department head met me and escorted me to another building where software development resided. Interviews with a panel. Panel asked questions ranging from specific programming (C++, Java), computer science (data structures, databases), and software engineering (design, development, test, tools).

Interview
A call from HR and a 2 hour long interview. The call from HR was about 10 minutes. The interview involved 3 rounds of people. 2 from systems, 2 from software, and 2 senior managers.
It went really well and was mostly behavior based. Was 2 pmo and the lead developer. They asked questions about my c# skills and js. There were also questions about how I have contributed to my team at my current company.

It was a semi technical interview with a senior dev and a manager. They asked a few technical questions and behavioral questions. It was over the phone. Not a lot of leet code
