HOKA interview questions

I had a intro call with the internal recruiter. It was straight forward, just getting to know my experience and an opportunity to ask questions about the role. The screening call took place before Christmas, and I was informed I would hear back after the Christmas break. I chased on the 5th January and was told with it being the first few days back, they were in the process of reviewing all applicants and would update ASAP. I emailed again on the 16th January for an update, and never received a reply. Really disappointing from the company and internal recruiter that, despite a positive introduction call, they saw it fit to just completely ghost me. Sadly reflective of the job market these days. Expected better from a big company.

Had a round 1 screening interview with HR. The interview went great, the person was friendly, helpful, curious. He expressed interest in moving me along in the process and he'd be in touch in a week or two. I never heard from him again. I followed up twice. Understand they're busy or found someone else but it's a lack of respect to not at least get an email reply. I also went out of my way to have and prep for the interview. Once you have a face to face interview, the communications should be different.
