HOMAG Group Interview Questions

Recht lange detailreiche Befragung. Leider wurden mehrere Terminzusagen im weiteren Verlauf nicht eingehalten. Es sollte nach einer Woche eine Entscheidung geben. Als nach knapp zwei Wochen selbst nachgefragt wurde gab es nur eine wage Info dass wohl ein Mitbewerber das Rennen machen wird und ich final in einigen Tagen Bescheid bekommen würde. Diese tatsächliche Absage erfolgte dann jedoch erst Wochen später via unpersönlicher Mail.

Smooth and not too difficult. Company understood my strength and I was offered. The management explained the company well and explained about the job scope. I explain what is CNC machining and my knowledge about CNC machine. I was asked about my soft skill and customers management skill.

Ich wurde von homag direkt eingeladen in eine Bewerberrunde, in dem es um den persönlichen Austausch und das kennenlernen ging. Das Gespräch war sehr angenehm und sehr aufschlussreich für mich.

Must have the engineering knowledge. Overall it is a good experience. Need to know manufacturing process. Understand industrial sales knowledge. Smooth interview and the people there are nice. Great discussion with the management.

Two steps, technical and HR. First call from company, later HR interivew. In last steps technical question and talk about future in company. After that I received information about possitve process

Interview was of 3 rounds first with the HR, second with the MD-operations& last with the sales head.....after my second round of interview I received positive response form the company saying that I had been selected for the position and only thing that I had to attend a last & formal meeting with the sales head.....after that they would rollout my offer letter, but in actual it never happened........I waited for 1 long week and contacted HR for further joining but for my surprise he gave me reason that he cannot further process my candidature because management has not given the approval......so think how they are planning their hiring exercises without approval of management........its waste of time & money for me to attend the interviews 3 times at this company........very disappointed

After sending and expression of interest, I was contacted by the manager and were asked a few more questions and if I would be able to come to an interview in the headoffice in Germany (applying for a position overseas). I was Interviewed only with one manager followed by meet and greet with some members of the marketiig team and a tour through the factory. Background check was followed and received offer. Visa requirements were undertaken by the company
