HR Vietnam interview questions

my friend works for this company as a manager and she invited me to join her team. I was working in the service industry and she found i have the required skills for the position. an face to face interview was taken. She asked me such questions related to human resources experience since the new position requires both communication skills as well as human resources experience. when i work for this position, i found that, in order for a candidate to win the interviewers' perception, candidates should understand clearaly the requirements of the job they are applying to, prepare knowledge for the position.
