The interview process at HRL is pretty consistent with the semiconductor industry. It's normally a half or full day worth of 30 minute meetings/interviews where you meet with different people in the company. They usually will also have you do a 10-30 minute presentation as well. Don't be intimidated by the amount of interviews, you're seeing a new face every half hour even if you bomb one session there's plenty of others to make up for it.
