Interview
There was a total of 7 interviews including an presentation of my thesis research. The presentation was attended by the interviewers. The presentation was the main part of the selection process. I was being judged on how I dealt with questions that seemed very imposing on the outside but were very simple in nature. However, during the personal interviews, I was asked about the basics of electromagnetic theory and also whether I had rudimentary knowledge about oil wells.
I was asked to interpret a power converter schematic and a non technical question. Manager brought me to visit the office and lab. Overall an easy process. But manager asked my salary in an open environment during the site visit, did not realize there was another employee behind the blinds, who might overheard our conversation.
