HannStar Display interview questions

The position is for the technical development department of a social platform. The interviewer was very friendly and placed a strong emphasis on personality traits, particularly the willingness to share. They were also very interested in whether the candidate had experience with setbacks. The department mainly focuses on platform development related to sustainability issues, including forums and social communities. The company places great importance on ESG development, with this department specifically focusing on advocating and contributing to social (S) issues. On the technical side, since the interview is with the department’s Data Team, there is a strong emphasis on data flow. Familiarity with DBT concepts would be very beneficial, and having experience with recommendation systems is preferred. On average, the interview threshold is not very high. I believe that as long as you can demonstrate your passion, regardless of the outcome, it will usually bring positive feedback.

After checking in at the lobby counter, I waited for the staff to inform me to enter the conference room, and then the HR entered the conference room to interview me.
