Interview
The person who interviewed me was nice, she was understanding of my hours I wanted, but as soon as the job started the work was not what I thought, the hours of the day were horrendous, and the pay was minimal.
The on-site hr coordinator asks a general set of questions. The experience is professional and comfortable. There are questions about your ability to get to work and your reliability. The time for the meeting was set over the phone.

Interview
Overall was a quick process. I had an internal referral, met with the manager who asked a few questions about schedule availability, ability to perform the required job. A few days after I was asked if I could start the following week.
