They called me, I interviewed with the ARM/ HR perso. and had a brief interview with deli manager about hours/availability to work.. I filled out a questionnaire where they basically just want to make sure you are not a klepto. Use common sense for questions like- Would you steal something if your friend asked you to? Really would be extremely difficult to not get hired here.

Simple interview, called in and went through usual question procedure, asking about me and what I did before working there and what makes me qualify over someone else to get the job

Applied online using the company's website. I then visited the store to inquire on the status of my application a few days later. Finally, I interviewed with hiring manager at the store that I had applied to.

Asked a few questions about how I found out about the job, what my skills were, and where I wanted to work in the store. The position I initially applied for was no longer available, so I ended up accepting a position in the deli.
