Hanover Recruitment interview questions

Fairly thorough process which included practical tasks and face to face interview, competency based questions. One of the interview leads repeatedly asked if I had engaged in illegal activity or if the CV was fake, which I found most odd and slightly xenofobic. No feedback was shared from the interview, despite taking around 2 hours.

Application submitted via LinkedIn. Received notification but then it went quiet. I did not even receive a further email from LinkedIn, which means Hanover Recruitment has not even opened my application. Now I am reading that Hanover has high turn over of staff, but that's actually not a reason good enough for not responding. Sorry, I am not impressed at all with their process.
