It was a large interview group all scheduled for the same day. There was a briefing about company culture before the interviews started. Each person rotated through stations to a few managers who would ask questions for 10ish minutes. I was offered the job on the spot. A friend went with me and also interviewed. We had similar experience but she was not hired. This was over 10 years ago.

Open interview hiring event. Was a detailed process, but feel confident was worth the extra detail. Excited to see where this new chapter in my life will take me. Management was very forthcoming and answered all questions I had with ease.
