Got invited to complete an art test over a week then heard nothing back even when I emailed back multiple times.
Highly unprofessional experience especially when you take the time on top of your own job to complete the test which they knew.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hardlight in May 2019
Interview
Applied online. First I got a programming test to finish and send back. The test was rather simple - I was given a skeleton game framework and had to add functionalities to it. The second part of the interview was Skype interview. Also easy, but I got questions I was unprepared for (got questions about source control, bug fixing and to tell in detail about previous projects while I prepared myself for questions about design patterns, data structures, basic algorithms), so didn't get an offer in the end. The guys who interviewd me on Skype were very kind and friendly.
