Harris County Medical Society interview questions

The entire interview process took over a month which included a 4 page questionnaire and several rounds of interviews leading up to a final panel interview. I was required to put together a power point presentation and present to the panel for 30-45 min on a topic the panel.

Interview process ran through their staffing agency medserv. The first step was to take spelling and math tests through medserv employment services. After the initial interview with medserv I was called back to meet with the society as a group interview. The interview was conducted with a couple of the Vice Presidents as well as the director of communications. Interview was a standard interview and the reason for so many people was due or tendency of working with many different departments within this company.
