Hatfield interview questions

The interview started with a self-introduction, during which I was expected to discuss my past projects in moderate detail, focusing on those relevant to the position. Interviewers would follow up on any topics they were familiar with, so it’s important to remember key details of relevant projects. Once the technical knowledge portion was covered, the interview shifted to personal and lifestyle questions, such as how you spend your free time, whether you enjoy the city, or interests like camping. These questions are not entirely random — they seem designed to gauge whether candidates are financially independent or require significant support, since the company offers salaries below the local market rate. Candidates who are financially stable or have alternative sources of support (e.g., family resources) may be viewed more favorably, as the company appears to prioritize employees who can maintain a high cost-of-living lifestyle without relying solely on their salary.

Quite good, but the whole hiring process was super long, the 3 interviews took about 3 months. The questions wern't hard and managers are nice. Yes, the hr was nice too.
