Applied online. Contacted by a recruiter. Did a phone interview then went in person for a interview face to face. Then a week later came back for a 3rd face to face.
Final interview was with 3 managers. Was told it would take half the time it really did. Ended up interviewing for 3 hours. In a room with people coming in back to back to speak with me. Managers seemed friendly but intense. Really drilled questions about personal life and goals.
About a week and a half later I received a voicemail I didnt get the position with bo explination why. Companies aren't required too however my time was wasted for 3 hours and I feel I could've gotten some form of constructive feedback for future interview experiences.

Three steps.
1) first phone call with a recruiter to see if I would be a good fit.
2) in person interview, consisted of two managers so panel interview.
3) about 3 days later offered position from recruiter.
4) sent offer letter

Interview
It was by far the best interview I've had to date. It wasn't intimidating, the employees (VP of branch and managers in the office) were all wonderful to speak with, very honest and transparent with their answers and descriptions of the job details. Though it was quite a lengthy process - had 3 rounds of interviews (one initial over phone took over half an hour, second took an hour, then 2 more rounds after with 4 different managers in a back to back interview - over an hour each) I completely understand that they're wanting to find someone that will fit their bill.
