Health iPASS interview questions

HR screening very thorough & professional which unfortunately led to a strange and unprofessional 2nd round video interview with manager that did not seem serious (started late with interviewer dressed in a sports tank - more fitting for beach day than a serious discussion with a very interested candidate who apparently wasted their time preparing for this discussion ). Role was being changed into 3 focus roles midstream which can happen, but made it hard to properly prepare, and included key requirements not specified in the description.

Phone call from a girl that wasn't involved in HR and just talked about the company to see if you were interested. Another phone conversation with the Sales- Team Lead who was not professional over the phone. I then had two video phone conversations scheduled with the COO and VP- speaking with the COO, he boosted about himself and the amount of money he placed into this start up and asked non- related sales questions, including math problems and equations that he expects candidates on the spot to answer. Overall, this is a start up- entry level position and there is no need to be interviewing with the COO.
