Spoke with internal recruiter after applying, she was fantastic and thought I would be a good fit for the role. Never made it to the second interview because lack of leadership experience. Ended up being a waste of my time and research on the company. Most likely a bullet dodged because an SVP with tunnel vision on experience most likely only focused on KPIs and not people and cultural fit. To not even spend 30 minutes to speak with someone who has years of experience inside an industry feels lazy.
