Thank goodness I have a job, this was the biggest waste of my time. My recruiter submitted my resume and it took them 3 weeks to respond, then another week to schedule (so 1 month from application). First interview was with two attorneys from the team, they were friendly and we had a great conversation.
After my first interview, it took 3 months to find out that I was invited for round two. Round two was pretty intense as I met with four people back to back, took 2 hours. They were all friendly and great, we again had a great conversation and they asked questions about my specific experience and why I wanted to join Hearst and what I have to offer.
My recruiter informed me after they finished interviewing round two candidates that I was still under consideration and then for a month I heard nothing. She said there would be round 3. I emailed my recruiter exactly a month later and she informed me they started the process all over again doing round 1. I found it strange because in all the interviews they said they needed the person to start soon and they were very busy. Thankfully I have a job currently but cannot imagine someone going through this if they are unemployed and looking.
