The whole process took less than 4 weeks.
- interview with the CTO : questions about my experience, hobbies, etc. Quite casual, just to see if we get along or not
- technical test : private github repo with an exercise description.
- team interview : had a call with the other mobile devs. At this point, they had a pretty good idea of my skills and the conversation was mostly about my favourite frameworks/methodologies. The other languages I had played with. What I thought about Kotlin, my vision of the role of lead dev, etc.
- discovery day : I came to the office for a full day to meet a few key people IRL. This is part of the process, but at this point, I already knew I wanted to join.
And that was done
