This is certainly not how we aim to run any hiring process, and we normally take pride in quick responses and personalized feedback. We take full responsibility that this doesn't match your experience which us - which we sincerely apologize for.
While not an excuse what so ever, we experienced issues with our hiring tool (ATS) over the summer, which resulted in a number of emails (both in and out) got directed to junk and hence, got lost (on our, or on candidate's side). As soon as we discovered this issue, we tried to the best of our abilities to mitigate it, by trying alternative communication channels.
