Overall I would say there is something suspicious as the job had like 12 people that applied for it on LinkedIn and although I made it to the final interview, I did not get an offer or progressed while having adequate experience and qualifications.
Might be ghost job posting or already an internal candidate hire but to expect candidates to come for face to face interviews and then not even provide them feedback for improvement goes to show how non sincere the company is regarding it's hiring process.
Overall if you get an invite or get selected in the selection process for this role, remember this is an entry level role and they expect candidates to go through 3 different round including a face-2-face interview and does not bother with any explanation in case you are not selected or progressed and also there is no way to reach the Hiring Team as they use a very specific tool for recruiting which does not disclose their email addresses in case you would want to require feedback or anything else.
Overall, I would not recommend to go for it, there's plenty of companies and plenty of good people out there that value others time and efforts, unfortunately Henry Schein One does not.
