It was an off-campus drive recruitment procedure. First, they conducted CoCubes test (Aptitude+English+Domain) in some colleges of many districts, after they shortlisted candidates for further rounds. Further rounds include GD, Technical PI, Communication round & then HR. All shortlisted candidates called for these rounds in PUNE at one college as per the mail sent but after all, candidates reached to the venue, they said venue has been changed and all candidates have to go the actual company in IT Park of Hinjewadi, Pune. (which is around 17-18 Km far from the first venue) (Shows poor planning & management) & all further rounds had been taken in company premises. All rounds were elimination rounds & in each round, they selected only 10-20% of total candidates for further rounds.
