I applied through an employee referral. Got a call from HR around a month after that and got to know about 4 rounds of interview : technical, ML assignment, technical, HR in that order.
Got the first round scheduled in the next week which was postponed to a week later due to unavailability of the interviewer. First round interview was fairly easy, purely based on resume and went on for 40 minutes. After clearing this, HR said no coding round required and scheduled a technical round with the solution architect. This was a more detailed round with the interviewer interested on the clarity of fundamentals. HR told the feedback was positive. Its' been 2 months since that interview and am still tailing the HR for feedback. Always get a reply stating feedback is positive but still need one more round but haven't got it scheduled yet.
HR management is pathetic. They are still hanging me in thin air over my selection. If you think you can't afford the resource then at least have the decency to convey it directly or not at all start the interview process in the first place.
