Got an interview from blind applying. The interview was bland and the questions they asked were typical. The people I spoke with however, didn't portray a good company culture which was most important to me. Gave me a bad taste in my mouth to be honest. When I ask about company culture and they say "well, I've been working here for 40 years soooo i don't know, I mean it's just good." Didn't seem like they could describe the culture at all and didn't like the vibes.
