Interview
Applied to Project Manager position. Got invitation for psychometric testing straight away, upon completion of which got invited for digital interview later that day. After completion of digital interview, did not hear about it for 5 weeks. Incidentally applied for a similar project manager position in a different city, with the same CV and cover letter and got invited for psychometric test again, after a few hours. Logged in and the psymetrics app submitted the results of previous test., which led to invitation for digital interview again. Prepared for interview for a few days and when logged in, the app automatically submitted the previous digital interview I guess. I am under the impression the test and digital interview are for anyone who applies and not the progress to next stage in application process as the inviting email suggests.
What stood out in my interview with Hilti was that the conversation was far less about domain expertise and far more about leadership behaviour.
Very early on, it became clear that they assume domain skills can be learned—what they actively probe is how you think, lead, and take ownership.

How would you sell hilti products and how will your past experience helps you?
It was detailed and direct and interesting. It was though provoking and difficult...People were good. company atm was good.. Ambience was good. Was comfortable. Will recommend. Pls prepare in advance. Not too much, but just enough.
