Interview
Recruitment was done basis Gate exam qualification.
There was initially a Group Discussion session.
Later shortlisted candidates were given a group task to come up with a solution to a set of problems.
Final stage was Personal Interview.
The structure is 7 years old at my time of recruitment.
Today the same is different and keeps evolving every few years.

Candidates were shortlisted based on scorecards of 10+2+4. It was one of our campus recruiters. GD was among 8-10 candidates. While GD, we were being observed by 7-8 panelists. Same panel was continued for interview process.

1. Most of the questions were based on resume.
2. They asked for some practical cases.
The recruitment was through gate 2015. First they shortlisted candidates and then called 1:7 Ratio for gd,gt and pi. Gate score weightage was 85%, gt, and gt weightage was5% and 10% for the interview.
